Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Of course life happens, and if you need cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours before the session. If you fail to contact me 24 hours prior or you miss (“no-show”) the appointment, you will be charged your full session fee for the time you reserved the appointment. 

  • I allow every client to late cancel one time per calendar year with no charge. If I late cancel on a client(cancel with less than 24 hours notice) I extend a banked, no charge late cancellation to you as well. 

  • If you have two or more no-shows or last minute cancellations, I may choose to remove you from the schedule and give you other options for scheduling. If you are over 15 minutes late, I may cancel your appointment and no-show fees will apply.

I ask clients to keep an active card on file to cover additional fees incurred including missed appointments, document requests, etc.
